"I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my mother’s insurance situation by this State Farm office. After more than over 20 years of homeowners insurance with no claims, she was contacted and offered savings if she moved my homeowners policy. After completing all required questions, she was advised to cancel her existing policy because coverage with State Farm was being issued. Shortly after the cancellation was processed, she was informed that the new policy was not approved, leaving her home uninsured. Her prior policy had been paid in advance and was active through September 2026. Since then, she has struggled to obtain clear answers or meaningful assistance to resolve the situation. The lack of accountability and follow-through has caused significant stress and placed my mother’s home at risk. No homeowner should be instructed to cancel an active policy before new coverage is fully approved and bound. I hope this review prompts immediate improvements in the company’s processing of advising clients."

"I had to leave this company because my payments increased every 6 months, instead of decreasing for having a great record. It doubted within a year and it would have continued to increase if I would have stayed. Ridiculous!!! When i questioned the agent they just said prices have increased amd there's nothings they can do."
